Time flies?

It's funny how quickly time is speeding by already — and I mean that in the most apologetic sense.

I looked at my calendar today, said, "Whoa! September is tomorrow!" Then I mentally budgeted the next week of Daily Trojan stories (it's a reflex these days), thought about what homework's due this week and then – third – realized I hadn't blogged since Aug. 21.

In the middle of a new, time-consuming position on the Daily Trojan, a raging 105,000-acIe wildfire in Los Angeles County, seven classes (five of them academic) and an entirely new domestic lifestyle to which I must adjust, I have to admit: blogging's fallen by the wayside.

In a sense, I guess it's good school and DT come before blogging.

But again, none of those reasons are really an excuse, since blogging is a lifestyle rather than a job.
